These terms apply when you visit gymremote.com or submit a request to join the Gym Remote private beta. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Private beta

Submitting the form is a request for information or access. It does not guarantee admission, timing, availability, pricing, features, support, or continued access. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue the beta at any time.

Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide. If you opt in to contact, Gym Remote may reach you by email, text message, or phone about the beta. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Statement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse the form.

Ownership

The Gym Remote name, wordmark, site design, and site content belong to Gym Remote or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Availability and warranties

The site and private beta are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or beta functionality.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gym Remote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
