This statement explains how Gym Remote handles information submitted through the private beta form.
Information we collect
When you request access, we collect the name, email address, phone number, gym location, gym website, and contact consent you provide. Our hosting providers may also process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, and request time, to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
- To review and respond to private beta requests.
- To contact you about Gym Remote by email, text message, or phone when you have consented.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and beta program.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers, including Vercel for website hosting and Resend for email delivery. They process information for us when providing those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our users, or others.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the private beta, our communications, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent to future communications at any time by replying to a message from Gym Remote. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by using the Info form and adding “Privacy request” before your name.
Changes
We may update this statement as the beta evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
